This Refund Policy applies to TwinPane subscriptions sold by Applikeable.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of a new TwinPane subscription. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial payment, contact support@twinpane.com and include the email used for purchase.

2. Renewal Charges

Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges outside the initial 30-day window, except where required by applicable law.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.

4. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
