Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TwinPane website (twinpane.com) or the TwinPane software application (the "Service") operated by TwinPane ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TwinPane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the TwinPane software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Your license is valid for the number of devices ("seats") specified in your subscription or purchase agreement. You agree not to exceed the licensed seat count.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We offer free trials and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with TwinPane within the first 30 days of your purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TwinPane and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TwinPane.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TwinPane makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TwinPane, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
